Safe and Efficient Operation with Solidark Air Pressure Regulators
In industrial production processes, ensuring that every piece of equipment operates at the correct pressure levels is essential for system performance and operational safety. The air pressure regulators used in Solidark hot melt systems are specially designed to ensure reliable and stable operation of the equipment.
🔹 Connection Directions and Usage
IN (Inlet):
The air supply line must be connected at this point. The incoming air is regulated through the pressure regulator and adjusted to the appropriate operating pressure.
OUT (Outlet):
The regulated air passes through the regulator and is safely distributed to the connected equipment through this outlet. This prevents unnecessary pressure fluctuations within the system.
🔹 Maximum Operating Pressure – 5 Bar
For safe operation of Solidark equipment, the maximum operating pressure is specified as 5 bar.
Operating above 5 bar may cause:
- Damage to mechanical components
- Leakage and seal deformation
- Increased risk of unexpected equipment failure
In the long term, excessive pressure may lead to production interruptions, additional maintenance costs, and productivity loss.
🔹 Durability and Safety
As with all Solidark hot melt systems, operator safety and system reliability are top priorities in pressure regulation.
Equipment operating at properly regulated pressure levels offers longer service life and more stable performance.
🔹 Benefits for Users
- Improves energy efficiency by preventing unnecessary air consumption
- Extends equipment lifespan and reduces maintenance costs
- Minimizes failure risks for continuous production
- Creates a safer working environment for operators
At Solidark, we support our customers with the principle of maximum performance and minimum risk in their production processes. As with all our equipment, we provide both visual and written guidance for the correct use of air pressure regulators.
